The Look

Axis 1 putters all have a unique look to them. When you see one of these putters for the first time, you will end up taking a second look. The look did seem to be in my head at first because I have been using a standard putter for most of my golfing years. The Joey Putter branches off from the shaft into a forward mounting L onto the putter face. The silver has a clean look and very nice contrast. The branding and lettering is done nicely not to be too overbearing. The alignment is in a perfect place. 

The Feel

When you are first putting with the Axis 1 Joey Putter, it seems as if you are going to miss-hit the ball with the heel of the putter. It took me a while to get this mental picture out of my head but when I did, the putter came to life. The head reacts great and you can truly feel the ball come off the face. Touch and feel is everything in putting and the Axis 1 had a ton of both.  The design of the Joey Putter allows you to push the golf ball instead of hit. This is a great design because pushing the ball along allows you to get your speed correct. 

The Brand

Axis 1 Golf was founded in 2006 by a man named Luis Pedraza. Luis has been designing golf products for years and has received awards for his work. With golf, some will try anything to better that score and this is what Luis came in and achieved. With an eye for design, you might want to keep up on the new styles of Axis 1 Golf Putters.  

Final Thoughts

Though these Golf Putters have a very interesting look, if you can get passed it, your game just may be about to improve. Practice makes perfect and putting is something everyone should be practicing and practicing on.
