Ground Force Trainer Review
There are plenty of golf training aids that supposedly help your swing and golf game. The Ground Force Trainer is something a lot of beginner golfers could use to start off ahead of the game. When you have never hit a golf ball before, it is easy to start off on the wrong foot. The Ground Force Trainer helps those who need that extra little something to get them going. Here is the golf review on the Ground Force Trainer.
How It Works
Slowly start your back swing and hold the position at the top of your swing for 5 seconds. Repeat this motion 10 times. Make sure your back foot stays parallel. There is not supposed to be any rotation of the disk during the exercise. Make sure your elbow is not bending and keep 75% of your weight on the disk.
This training aid is good to insure your swing has good form. This training aid allows the golfer to feel and see what they are doing wrong during their swing. If you do not have great form or are off balance during your swing, the Ground Force Trainer will absolutely alert you. I started to feel a burn after attempting to do this exercise a couple of times. I tried every type of swing and the trainer really pushes you to correct your form. Final ThoughtsThe Ground Force Trainer is great for correcting errors in your swing. You are able to feel the balance of your swing to see what you need to correct. I would not suggest this training aid to those who are moderate or advanced golfers. If you are a beginner trying to find a little help, the Ground Force Trainer is perfect for you.
