When you know a company is providing dependable rangefinders and magnifications for the arm forces, you know you're looking at a brand that makes quality products. I was excited to finally try out a Leupold Rangefinder because I have heard so many good things about them. Here is the Golf Review Guy’s review on the Leupold PinCaddie Rangefinder.
The Look
The PinCaddie is a nice shade of black and has a durable/military look to it. Every time I use the Leupold PinCaddie Rangefinder, I feel as if I am using the same equipment the arm forces are using. This mindset comes from both the style and look of the rangefinder. The PinCaddie is simple and looks great.
The Technology
PinCaddie’s PinHunter Laser Technology is there to protect you from obtaining the range of the wrong objects. Basically what this technology does is sends out a laser to find the yardage to the closest object, the pin, in your site. No more do you have to worry about if you’re reading the trees in the background or if it’s the pin.
Out of all the rangefinders I have tried, the Leupold PinCaddie has been the most reliable and the easiest to use. All you have to do is push down the one button to have the target finder appear. Then you press it again while looking at your target and bam…you have the yardage to the pin. Not only is it super easy, you do not have to have the steadiest of hands while using the rangefinder.
When I use a Rangefinder, I find that less is more. The Leupold PinCaddie has the perfect amount of technology a rangefinder needs. You can really tell the difference between a brand that is here to impress people with fancy un-needed technology to a brand that is here to get the job done. Leupold will not let you down as a golfer.
